Valentine's Day is coming

When you have been together with your partner for sometime it is sometimes easy to fall into the rut of 'we don't need to celebrate Valentine's Day as we have our anniversary etc. I have to admit that Mr Boo and I do tend to fall into this trap, however this year I want to try and surprise him by organising a special Valentine's night in (no chance of us getting a babysitter so we have to do with a night in).

As technology is a big part of our lives, it is technology that I have turned to for help arranging this special night. Having recently bought a slow cooker I am a little unsure on how to use it and what to cook in it so I have been searching for recipe ideas that I can view on my tablet whilst I am preparing a delicious meal for us both.

Sony have produced this handy infographic about how you can survive Valentine's Day using their tablet, the Xperia™ Tablet Z.

Alongside making a delicious meal I'm hoping to download a new film on my tablet that we had hoped to see in the cinema, but again without a babysitter we never quite made it. Although watching a film on the compact design of the Xperia™ Tablet Z is not the same as going to the cinema, it has been built to provide a breath-taking visual experience, where every image has been optimized through their HD Reality Display for stunning clarity.

I just need to find the perfect present, Sony’s range of Xperia™ Tablets and smartphones are a great idea or maybe a game for his console or some credit towards some music or film downloads (who said romance was dead?) Now I have of course already laid hints on what I'd like for Valentine's Day (I emailed him the link, if he doesn't get that hint he never will).

What do you have planned for Valentine's Day?
